Our pre-incubation offices allows upcoming Bahraini operated start-up businesses to obtain all the legal documents necessary to setup a fully functioning business. The offices are ideally used for the initial setup of the business, before the starting of our incubation program, allowing businesses to immediately begin their full scale operations without delay, for entrepreneurs to test out their initial business concept. The rental term for the offices is a one year lease, with electricity included.  The offices are approximately 10m² and includes the following services and facilities for all registered businesses.

Entrepreneurs in the incubator benefit from paying low monthly rent, promotion through the BDB network, are surrounded by like-minded entrepreneurs, as well as supportive administrative staff. The rental term for the office is a one year term with monthly payments, a one month grace period, and is renewable up to three years. Our off-site retail offices are open to both Bahraini’s and foreigner with either start-up or established businesses to setup their operations, alongside other medium sized offices. The spaces available range from 60m²-100m² pre-constructed units, which include the structural and electrical necessities, in order for businesses to modify the spaces as they see fit. Registered businesses will receive subsidized Tamkeen rental support for the first three years of operation. The rental term for the retail office is an on-going renewable one year term, with monthly rental payments, and a two month grace period. All registered businesses benefit from the services and facilities below:
